Aromatic Lamb Recipe
Ingredients:
1 small lemon
1 Olive-oil
1 pc of Rosemary
1 pc of Oregano
1 pc of Thyme
1 pc of Butter
3 lbs of lamb leg
1 pc of Honey
Instructions:
Place lamb legs into large roast pan. You bruise rosemary sprigs then have it sprinkled into meat. You add 1 tbsp of honey & pepper.
Rub mixture all over meat. Rub one-half of lemon into joints, squeeze juice into meat. Marinate it for 4-24 hrs. Peel the lemons then you arrange around lamb.
You squeeze 1 & 1/2 of lemon-juice all over lamb. Slowly pour one-forth pint of water onto roast pan’s corner. Sprinkle herbs over lamb (2 Tbsps rosemary, 1 tsp thyme & 1 tsp of oregano, pepper & salt).
Drizzle 1 & 1/2 tsps of honey & 1 Tbsps oil, dot w/ 1 ounce of butter. Have it baked at about 425 degrees F for 1 & 1/4 hrs ’til ingredients are browned.
Lift meat & turn occasionally. Add enough boiled water into pan as needed.
