Barbecued Lamb Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
6 chops of lamb loin (1-inch thick)
1/4 c of melted butter
Salt
Ground pepper
1/4 tsp of bouquet garni for the lamb
1/2 c of dry wine (white)
Instructions:
Arrange the meat chops into large-sized glass bake pan. You combine the butter & wine then crush the bouquet then add into butter-wine mixture.
Pour mixture over meat chops & marinate them at room-temp for hours. Have the chops drained & barbecue them for 30 mins. Turn many times & frequently bast w/ marinade, then season w/ pepper & salt as desired.
