Bastille Day Grilled Lamb With Rosemary Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp of olive-oil
1 garlic clove (large); minced
2 tsps of mustard (Dijon)
1 & 1/2 pound of lamb leg at room temp
1 Tbsp of minced rosemary (fresh)
2 tsps of white-wine vinegar
1/2 tsp of salt
Ground blackpepper
Instructions:
Have meat butterflied. Use only center part. Store the rest in freezer. Preheat oven into 450 degrees F. Line a jelly roll pan w/ foil.
Combine the rosemary, vinegar, salt, mustard, oil and garlic together in bowl. You rub mixture all over lamb surface.
You place the lamb directly into bake sheet then generously sprinkle w/ pepper. Have it baked ’til one hundred twenty degrees F for rare-done. Cook for 22-25 mins or ’til desired doneness. Let meat rest about 5 mins prior to slicing.
