Berry-Glazed Lamb Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of jelly
8 chops of lamb ribs
2 & 1/2 Tbsps of prepared mustard (coarse)
Instructions:
Combine 2 & 1/2 Tbsps mustard & jam in bowl. Place chops in broiler racks. Have meat lightly brushed w/ glaze. Have them broiled for 5 mins ’til browned. Turn & brush opposite side w/ glaze. Cook to wanted doneness. Have it served at once, passing glaze in separate bowl.
