Brochettes Of Lamb Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pounds lamb leg (boneless); cut evenly into large cubes
1 Tbsp of chopped rosemary
Salt
1 Tbsp of chopped parsley
2 medium onions; sliced into small squares
Pepper
1 Tbsp of chopped tarragon
Instructions:
Thread meat cubes into skewers, alternate w/ squared onions. Place the brochettes into shallow, wide pan & sprinkle it / parsley, tarragon & rosemary. Season as wanted w/ pepper & salt. Grill meat over hot-coals ’til cooked to desired doneness. Turn often in order to evenly brown.
