Broiled Skewered Lamb Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound of lamb (boneless)
4 onion pearls
1 Tbsp of minced garlic
1/8 tsp of savory
1/8 tsp of pepper
4 halved mushrooms
1 green bellpepper (medium); cut-up
1/8 tsp of thyme
1/2 c of wine (red)
1/8 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Trim extra fat from the lamb then cut-up into 1-inch cubes. You combine the lamb, bellpepper & mushrooms in large-sized shallow bake dish.
Mix the rest of the ingredients then pour into lamb mix. Stir well to evenly coat meat. Cover & marinate them in your fridge overnight.
You thread the mushrooms, lamb, onions, bellpepper into four skewers. Have them broiled 4-6 inches for heat. cook for 12-16 min or ’til browned. Turn & baste w/ marinade frequently.
