Mongolian Barbecued Lamb Or Beef Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pounds of beef or lamb (boneless)
2-3 parsley stalks
2 tsps of sugar
2-3 scallion leaks
2 Tbsps of sherry
3 Tbsps of light soysauce
2 Tbsps of mashed bean-cake (fermented)
Instructions:
Slice the meat thinly, at least 4-inches long. Combine all of the ingredients. Marinate meat for about 6 hrs. Cook it for 3-5 mins, turn often.
