Lamb Breast Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs of lamb (cutlets)
3/4 lb of tomatoes (fresh); peeled
2 pcs of onions; sliced
1 pc of garlic clove
1/2 c of wine (white, dry)
4 Tbsps of butter
Instructions:
Combine butter, onions, garlic, and tomatoes then simmer till tomatoes are about to be cooked. Add wine then continue cooking for another 10 mins. Arrange cutlets on a greased baking pan then pour over tomato mixture. Cover then bake (350 degrees F) for 1-1/2 hours.
