Ingredients would include: 1 c of cilantro that has been chopped up roughly, 4 garlic cloves, 4 tbsps soy sauce (dark), 6 tbsps sugar (brown), 4 tbsps of sherry and finally 16 1-rib lamb chops. When you can’t find any sherry just use Chinese-style rice wine.
Get a big saucepan and mix in it your cilantros, sugar, sherry, garlic and soy sauce together until they’re well blended. Next, add in your meat and be sure that it’s really well-coated with your mixture. Afterwards, cover it then place inside your fridge for 1 day.
Get your griller outside the next day and brush it well with some vegetable/canola oil. Next, heat your grill up then place your lamb pieces onto your grill. Cooking time would be about 4-6 mins on each of its side. Don’t take off meat from your griller ’till its sides have caramelized.

Lamb Chops With Lemon-Dill Sauce
For this really great dish, you’ll need 4 pcs of lamb chops, 1 lemon, 1/4 tsp dill (dried), 1 c of stock (chicken), 1 tsp of cornstarch, 2 pcs egg yolks and 2 tsps of oil.
Squeeze all juices out of your lemon inside a bowl then add in your egg yolks and cornstarch. Blend these well then set them aside. Then, heat oil in your skillet then fry up your meat for 8 mins. Take out your meat then place them onto a plate then take out fats from your skillet.
Put your skillet back on your stove then add your stock. Next, add in dill then stir some more. When your stock boils take them off the heat then add it to your lemony mix. Stir well then pour them back into a pan. Blend sauce well then heat it for about 2 mins or until sauce gets thicker.
Arrange your chops then garnish using some dill or parsley then serve it together with your delicious lemon-dill sauce.
