Mustard/Wine Marinated Lamb Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
4 chops of lamb sirloin (1-inch thick)
3 Tbsps of stone-ground mustard
1 c of wine (red)
1 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
Instructions:
Have chops rubbed w/ mustard. Then sprinkle w/ pepper & salt. Cover w/ wine & marinate them in the refrigerator overnight. Before having them broiled, rub w/ mustard again. Cook ’til wanted doneness.
