Lamb Teriyaki With Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:

1-1/2 lbs of lean lamb leg (cooked)
1/4 c of soy sauce (Japanese style)
1/4 c of wine (rice/sherry)
2 tsps of ginger (ground)
1 pc clove of garlic (small); minced
12 oz of small mushrooms (whole); rinsed
2 pcs of onions; quartered
2 Tbsps of salad oil

Instructions:

Cut the meat to 2 inch cubes then discard the fat if any. Combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and wine inside a (plastic) bag. Marinate with the lamb for 2 hrs or more inside the refrigerator.

Thread the meat onto skewers, along with the onions and mushrooms alternately. Brush lightly with the oil and broil four inches away from the heat, for 3 to 4 mins. Baste occasionally using its marinade.
