Lamb In A Hot Garlic Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb of spinach (or any green vegetable); blanched
2 Tbsps of oil (vegetable oil)
1/2 lb of lamb (lean); sliced thinly
4 pcs of garlic cloves; chopped finely
Pepper (white, freshly ground)
1/2 tsp of sugar (refined)
1 Tbsp of sauce (nuoc mam)
1 Tbsp of oyster sauce
For the garnish:
Mint sprigs (fresh)
Cilantro (fresh)
Instructions:
Place blanched vegetables on the serving platter. Heat oil inside the wok then stir fry lamb till almost cooked, about 2 mins. Add garlic, sugar, (Nuoc Mam and oyster) sauces, and white pepper; cook till lamb has become tender and cooked through. Pour cooked lamb with its sauce onto the vegetables and garnish as desired.
