Lamb Chops Korabiak Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 c butter
10 sliced mushrooms
3 onions (green); sliced
4 lamb-chops
Garlic seasoning
Pepper
Slat
1 c of dry wine (red)
1/2 tsp of rosemary

Instructions:

Have one-half of the butter melted in skillet placed over mid-heat. Add onions & mushrooms then saute ’til tender for 5-10 mins. Remove from the heat then keep it warm.

You melt the rest of your butter using same skillet placed over mid-heat. You sprinkle the chops w/ pepper, salt, garlic seasoning & rosemary. Place into skillet then saute for 5 mins ’til evenly browned.

Adjust to mid-heat then cook ’til tender. You transfer the chops into heated plates. You pour the wine directly into skillet then cook it over mid-heat. Scrap brown bits in pan ’til volume gets reduced into 1/3.

Top the chops w/ sauce all over.
