Grilled Lamb Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp of low-sodium soysauce
1 chopped onion (green)
2 tsps of minced gingerroot
4 chops loin of lamb (8 ounces)
2 tsps of oil (sesame)
1 clove garlic; minced
Salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
Instructions:
In a shallow bake dish, you whisk the soysauce, onion, ginger, pepper, oil and garlic together. Add the lamb then turn to evenly coat. Set aside for ten minutes.
Reserve the marinade and place the lamb into greased pan placed over mid-heat, cover & cook. Baste w/ marinade about 5-7 mins in every side. Cook ’til wanted doneness. Have it seasoned w/ salt.
