Japanese Skewered Lamb (Low Cal) Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pounds of lamb (boneless)
1 Tbs of honey
1/4 c of soysauce
2 Tbsps of sherry
1/4 tsp of ginger (ground)
2 cloves garlic; crushed
2 Tbsps of vinegar
1 & 1/2 c of bouillon
Instructions:
Cut meat into thin strips (1/8 x 1/2 x 3 inch). MIx all of the ingredients except meat. Blend thoroughly then pour over meat. You turn your meat in order to evenly coat all sides.
Stand w/o cover for 60 mins at room-temp. Turn it occasionally for its to be evenly seasoned. Weave into skewers then broil four inches away from coals for 2 mins on every side.
