Lamb Chop & Vegetable Skillet Recipe
Ingredients:
4 lamb loins Salt
Pepper
4 c of zucchini; sliced
1 tomato (large); sliced into wedges
Salt
2 Tbsps of butter
1/2 c of sliced onions (green)
1/2 c of beef bouillon
Instructions:
Sprinkle the chops w/ pepper & salt. Have butter melted in a skillet placed over mid-heat. You add the lamb & cook quickly ’til browned evenly. Add the onions, squash, bouillon & tomatoes. HAve it covered & cooked for 5 mins ’til tender & crisp.
