Lamb Chops & Peaches With Lime Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
A can of halved peaches (29 ounces)
1/2 c juice of lime
1 tsp of ginger (ground)
6 lamb loins; sliced into 1-inch thick
Pepper
1 c of peach-flavored syrup
Salt
1/2 tsp of lime zest (grated)
Instructions:
Drain the peaches & have syrup reserved. Combine the syrup w/ juice of lime, ginger & lime zest. Heat well.
Sprinkle the lamb w/ pepper & salt. Broil them 3-4 inches away from hot coals for 5-7 mins in every side. Frequently brush w/ lime-sauce.
Broil the halved peaches for 5 mins then baste w/ lime-sauce.
