Lamb Cutlets In Aromatic Coffee Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 c of coffee (strong)
1/3 c of honey (pure)
60 g of butter
2 Tbsps of Worcestershire
1/4 tsp of mace
1/2 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1/4 tsp of cardamom
1/4 tsp of spice (mixed)
1/4 Tbsp of juice (lemon)
6 pcs of lamb (cutlets)
30 g of ghee
Rice (boiled)
Pitted prunes
Rosemary (fresh, for garnish)
Instructions:
Melt the butter above gentle heat then add coffee, Worcestershire, honey, and juice; mix thoroughly. Cover then take out from the heat. Place the ghee inside a skillet and melt. Add the cutlets then fry till browned per side.
Reheat sauce then let it boil. Pour onto the cutlets then serve hot with prunes and rice. Garnish if preferred.
