Lamb Cutlets With Spinach Recipe

Ingredients:

8 pcs of lamb cutlets
1 pc of egg (large); beaten
Bread crumbs
2 Tbsps of butter
2 Tbsps of cream (thin, or the top of milk)
1 pkg of spinach (frozen, large)
1/8 tsp of nutmeg
Salt & Pepper

Instructions:

Trim the cutlets then brush them with the egg, seasoned with the salt & pepper. Roll or coat them with crumbs. Fry in butter till browned per side.
Reduce the heat then continue to cook till tender and cooked through. Cook the spinach according to its package directions. Add cream and nutmeg; stir thoroughly.

Pile the spinach onto the center of the heated plate. Arrange the cutlets around then serve immediately.
