Lamb Patties Moroccan Style With Harissa Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs of ground lamb (lean)
1/4 tsp of ground pepper (black)
1/4 tsp of crushed peppers (dried, hot)
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of cumin (ground)
2 tsps of garlic; chopped
2 Tbsps of onion; grated
4 Tbsps of parsley; chopped
Salt (to taste)
1 Tbsp of veggie oil
Harissa sauce
Instructions:
Place the ground lamb inside a bowl then add paprika, crushed peppers, black pepper, cumin, garlic, onion, parsley, and salt; blend thoroughly using your hands. Shape mixture equally to 8 patties, like the burgers. Heat oil on a non-stick skillet above moderate heat and cook patties for 3-4 mins per side. Place them on a paper towel to drain the excess oil. Serve hot with (harissa) sauce.
