Lamb Sausage Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs of lamb (fat removed); ground
454 g of pork; ground
227 g of fatback (fatback); ground
2 Tbsps of cayenne
1 Tbsp of cumin (ground)
2 tsps of salt
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
Instructions:
Combine cayenne pepper, garlic, cumin, salt and (4 tablespoons) water inside a bowl. Place meat inside another bowl then add (2 tablespoons) spice mixture. Knead by hand then shape to patties. Fry till golden brown and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Note: Adjust the spice mixture onto meat according to your tolerance.
