Minced Lamb Fondue Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 1/4 pound of lean lamb; minced
2 ounces of fresh crumbs of bread
Pepper
Salt
3 (spring) onions; chopped finely
2 Tbsps of finely-chopped parsley
6 ounces of mushrooms; chopped finely
10 fl oz of milk
6 tsps of flour (plain)
1 Tbsp of dried sherry
Instructions:
Combine lamb, spring onions, parsley and pepper together in mixing bowl. Have it seasoned then mix well. Wet hands then shape the mixture carefully into 20 to 24 walnut-sized balls. Arrange on serving platter.
For sauce: Have butter melted in saucepan. You add the mushrooms then gently cook for about 5 mins. Add flour. Add the milk gradually. Stir while boiling.
Continue simmering for about 5 more mins. Season & add dry sherry. Have it served warm w/ lamb-balls browned in heated oil.
