Minty Lambs Burgers Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound of lamb (ground)
1 tsp of finely minced garlic
1 onion (small); grated coarsely
1/4 cup of chopped mint
Pepper
Salt
4 tomato slice
4 toasted burger buns
1/3 cup of non-fat yogurt (plain); drained
Instructions:
Place meat in bowl then add mint, garlic & onion. Mix it well. Season as desired w/ pepper & salt. Form mixture carefully into four patties.
Place burger patties three inches on top of hot-coals. Cook 4-5 mins depending on desired doneness. Serve patties on burger buns. Top w/ a slice of tomato & yogurt.
