Pork Or Lamb Sasaties Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of dry apricots
1/4 c of vinegar
Salt
2 c of chopped onions; cooked in 1/4 c butter
Water
2 Tbsps of powdered curry
Instructions:
Stew apricots ’til soft then put them thorough food-mill. You add enough water in order to measure 1 & 1/2 c then you add in vinegar, onion & powdered curry.
Season w/ salt. Add Tabasco sauce if desired. Marinate 1-1 & 1/2-inch lamb/pork cubes for twelve hours. Broil once ready. Utilize marinade as sauce & baste.
